I was left waiting in a very small patient room for an hour and a half with no contact by staff. I walked out of the room after 45 minutes to use the restroom and was told that I was the next patient. Forty -five minutes later the doctor finally came in to the room. No apology was given and no explanation. The doctor was fine with a decent bedside manner once he did come into the room. I was in for my MRI results and Dr Lynch explained the results to my understanding. He also went over all my options and recommended what he thought was best at this time. I would certainly recommend him for any shoulder or knee problems.
Dr. Lynch is very professional and I have had a great deal of relief and success with each surgery he has performed on me, two knee replacements and a shoulder! I have recommended him to several people in my area!
Lengthy wait time of 1 hour. Would have liked to see xrays. Other than that seemed to be caring and gentle.
He was welcoming and efficient. Asked pertinent questions, answered my questions and reviewed x-rays with me. He outlined the steps for moving forward. A good outcome with plans for moving forward.
Always well informed on how to feel and what to expect. Always shows concern when asked a question.
Doesn’t waste my time. Cuts right to the chase and explains my problem in a way I can understand. Excellent office staff.
