Lengthy wait time of 1 hour. Would have liked to see xrays. Other than that seemed to be caring and gentle.
He was welcoming and efficient. Asked pertinent questions, answered my questions and reviewed x-rays with me. He outlined the steps for moving forward. A good outcome with plans for moving forward.
