Always feel welcome and comfortable with Dr Runser. Great physician !
I only waited 5 min. to see Dr. Runser. I was there for annual check. All bloodwork, etc. was done in a timely order. I told about my on-going pain in my hip. He gave me s shot in my hip and made sure I knew it would be my last one. My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Runser for around 30 years. We have recommended hum to multiple family members and friends. We trust him explicitly with our health needs.
Worst place
Staff is always rude and short with me. They make me feel stupid when asking questions, instead of answering like professionals. Example, I asked if I could get a flu shot today at my appt and they said "No, you have to set up a separate appt for that!" Then I asked billing why I had $124 charges from last appt and they couldn't give me answer???? I'm definitely going to a different Doctor going forward.
