Took my dog to be seen for small bump on her chest that she was licking. Doctor at Gresham animal hospital advised she needed surgery to remove at a cost of approximately $2,500. No other options given except to upsell dental cleaning service. Next day took her to another Veterinary Clinic who lanced cyst and removed debris from cyst at a cost of $200.00!!! I will never take one of my animals back to Gresham Animal hospital . I rarely give reviews but feel it is important to be advise others who love their pets.

You have one of the rudest people at your front desk, she would not give me her name, hung up on me at one of hardest times I needed compassion for my dog, I was told certain days I could come in person the previous week for euthanizing my girl by a young lady (not the same rude girl) I just needed to call in the morning and I could bring her in. Just called my dog has been seen there before she’s deaf. All I wanted was an appointment to get her dew claws trimmed as they were so good with her last time. The girl on the phone told me quite rudely that they don’t do that anymore without a paid vet visit, which I did before and offered to do again, was told I can go find that service somewhere else. 😢😢 super disappointed
You have permanently lost my business. Last Saturday my dog, Dot, was having trouble breathing so I called the office around 5:40 pm - 5:45 pm. No one picked up. This was after checking online for your hours (non was listed) then Facebook where it states you were closed at 6 pm. I rush her to the office hoping to catch someone as you are our regular vet.
