Leasing Agent I went in yesterday and asked about a 1 bedroom and the leasing agent was very rude and did not look up anything just wrote on paper 1 apartment available and rushed me out. From that experience I will not be back at all.

Thin Walls The apartment assistant manager Deanna is amazing! But the walls are extremely thin- I can hear my neighbors drawers shut and them walking. I live on the third floor and it sounds as if I live on the first. I would not recommend these apartments for the price and location
My Awesome Apartment Quality structure, neutral colors, mid-tier cabinets, pool view, valet trash, courteous staff, great community events, 2 fitness centers, awesome lounge/kitchen, professional maintenance staff, quiet neighbors for the most part, and great location close to highway 485! Other than it being about $145.00 over priced , This place is on point! ~Fred
Over Priced These are the best apartments in the Monroe Road area besides Meridian Place (I haven't seen those yet but they are more expensive). I say that because they "were" the newest. The staff is pretty nice and maintenance is okay. Over priced for the size and trash services are a rip off in my opinion $27 per month. I do like that cable and internet is included in your rent but, I feel like you should receive some sort of discount if you renew your lease provided that you paid rent on time. Satisfaction at Crest This is a very nice small community. Very spacious, quiet, and of high quality. Aesthetically it is beautiful, from the landscaping to the building design. There's Easy access to major destinations in Charlotte. The staff is very helpful and maintenance addresses issues in a very timely manner. The community amenities are very nice as well. I think anyone would be satisfied choosing the Crest at Greylyn.
Great place to live This apartment complex is a great place for individuals or families. I currently live in a one bedroom and I love the wood floors, the modern appliances, and the space the apartment offers. I also have a great view of the lighted pond. The complex is in a good area within walking distance to a few shops and movie theater. The community offers a nice salt-water pool, grill area, and fitness area. The only downside of this complex is that the gym is not open 24-hours.
Crest at Greylyn We love this apartment. It has laminate wood floors and a nice open layout. We have a corner unit with lots of windows and a view of the pond. The pool is salt water and feels much better than chlorine. There is also a nice gym and yoga studio. We like it so much that we are moving to a bigger apartment in the same complex at the end of our lease. The only complaint I have is that the gym is not open 24 hours.
Modern, quiet and very well located. Love, love my 2 BR here! Space is allocated where it matters; in the combined living/dining/kitchen area, and BRs/baths are efficient. Nicely appointed with modern colors and all appliances included. Best of all; luxury vinyl planks in entry/living area instead of carpet - easy to clean, looks great.
