It was my birthday!
Overall I really like the restaurant so please don't let these comments take away from that. I just wish there were more vegetarian/vegan options. There are pasta dishes, but you can't seem to be able to order them without the meat. It would be nice to have a few choices other than the standard salad and baked potato. Even a vegetarian burger or black bean burger would be nice. They now have the Beyond Meat burgers, Impossible Burgers, and Incredible burgers as well as the MorningStar burgers.
The service was great and so was the food
Food was ok, but not great. Food looked processed and not fresh. Service was fine.
Made reservations via Open Table for 5 people. Two of our party arrived earlier than we did and they were immediately. We were then able to join them when we arrived. Our drink orders were take immediately and the server gave us plenty of time to visit with everyone. We like to take our time ordering. We never felt pressured.
My meal was very good. How ever my husband and I ordered our steaks medium well and my husband had to send his back two times. The first time it was " still bleeding" and the second time did not look much different. By the time it was not " bleeding" it was almost to tough to eat. We will not order steaks there again. Our waiter, Jon Z. Was great! Also it is a bit noisy for hard of hearing people. I would eat here again, only I would get the catfish!!! ☺️
Our server was excellent and our food was amazing.
The food and service are always excellent! We meet my parents there a lot because it is half way in between for both of us travel wise in Kokomo. We met them again for Father's Day last weekend and the air conditioning must have been out. Since my parents are in their upper 80's this posed a real problem for them. They were pretty miserable throughout the meal and we didn't linger very long. I'll be sure to check on the air before making a reservation again this summer just for their comfort. Service was alright, waitress didn't seem extremely knowledgeable but food was delicious. Some drinks were forgotten or wrong and they were out of Titos.
