A busy Saturday night but we had made an Open Table reservation. Our wait was not long but the table was right across from the restroom...not a great place to sit. Anna was our server and was quick to get our water. She was attentive throughout our visit. The food came in a reasonable time and was hot and fresh. Overall it was a good evening and we will come back.

My wife and I love Grindstone on the Monon. Although we have eaten in the main dining room, on this occasion we ate on the back patio which has umbrellas and a nice fire pit in addition to traditional table seating. The atmosphere was great. Our server was prompt and kind. And the food was excellent. Moreover, the prices were a little less than the typical Carmel/Westfield restaurant. We highly recommend Grindstone on the Monon.

Flies were coming in and door opening too much right by the table

I made reservations on line via Open Table. Confirmation received and was requested to confirm reservation the day before our arrival. Out table was ready when we arrived. All six of us were seated comfortably in a booth. The food was delicious. Service was excellent. Thank you.
