Had a great girls night out! The sliders are wonderful, and the half price bottle of wine was great! Also had the best Manhattan while waiting in the bar!

First time coming here. Made reservations and got seated fairly quickly. They have live music in the dining area in the back and we got seated practically right in front of them. The music was good but it was very hard to hear and talk with our friends. We got pretzel bread and pub cheese which was just okay. We also had crab dip which was not very good and very fishy smelling. Our main courses we each got were also just okay. Overall subpar experience.

Our first time here and the food was good, not great, but good. Waffle was very dry. The biscuits & gravy were not good and eggs were cold.

Unfortunately our table was in front of the stage. The music made it difficult to talk at our table. The music was good IF that is what brought you to Grindstone. Typically we sit in the bar and so was the remainder of the main section. Next time we will pass if the only seat is in the annex.

We dine at Grindstone on a regular basis. On the few occasions that I have asked the hostess for a booth vs a table , or a table away from the band, I get a flat out , firm , “ NO “ , abrupt and she walks away. Very rude , even is she could not accommodate. The restaurant has many tables available when I have asked for a different table. . I make a reservation almost all of the time and feel that this should give me some choices , especially when people walk in at the same time with NO reservation .

Great food, friendly staff. Even the healthier options were tasty. Mahi Mahi with steamed broccoli and baked potato was delicious. Fish and chips got rave reviews, too.
