Great service. Menu has a nice variety of dishes and beverages. We will definitely keep it on our list of restaurants for dinners out

We were in Noblesville to enjoy December First Friday’s so the town was hopping and of course with this great restaurant with its ideal ambience and great food the restaurant was Very busy. We were seated right away which we had a reservation, but it took longer than normal to be waited on and served. I expected a bit of wait but this was pretty long. It will not deter me from visiting this restaurant. For us the night was about experiencing small town charm for the holidays and this spot was perfect for that.

This was our second time here. I was very much looking forward to the pulled pork nachos and we had talked about ordering them to the waitress but we never ended up ordering them or she forgot to put the order in. It was probably for the best though because I wouldn’t have had room for the amazing salmon. The first time I dined, I ordered the crab cakes, which are no longer on the menu, but they were not my favorite anyway. The half priced bottle of wine was a great deal. Still a bit pricey. We really like the food and ambiance. We come here regularly. The only complaint I have on this visit is that my food was lukewarm. This was on a weekday, and they were quite busy but we were only a party of 4.

We had a reservation and were seated on time. Our server wasn't very welcoming or friendly, very matter of fact. My husband ordered a glass of pinot grigio and it was a golden yellow/orange which didn't seem normal. When asking the serving about it she said that it was a grape on pinot. She did replace it with another type of wine which was fine. We had asked if the house salad had iceberg, romaine or spring mix lettuce. She said iceberg only. We love the ambience, food, and service at Grindstone Public House. The Hoosier Hot Plate is always delicious. We are glad they brought this item to their menu from their sister location. The bar area is always our favorite. I would highly recommend Grindstone Public House to everyone.

Family get-together, 11 people, including 3 children - so a large party, which can be difficult. Which server was tasked with this assignment? The new guy! He was very, very nice but far too inexperienced to handle things efficiently. He was supposed to have a helper, who was always busy elsewhere. For starters, the kids’ meals did not come out first, which is always the case with seasoned servers, but came out dead last, 1 at a time.
