I was disappointed in Griswold's care and the response of the director. I made the trip to meet the aide on the first day and was there for the first hour and a half or so of a four-hour session. While I was there, the aide walked my mother around the building, and I explained her dietary requirements and how to make a soup for her. The aide seemed friendly, and I left.
