For the short period of time Griswold was part of our healthcare team our experience was very positive. Our caregiver Gina was wonderful. Very accommodating and pleasant to work with. Our Dad wasn’t the easiest patient and had many layers of issues, but Gina was always willing and ready to make Dads day the healthiest and happiest it could be! The caregiver we are using is excellent. Two other caregivers were introduced to us, and neither was a good fit. In comparing with my friends, your rates are far higher than any of my friends pay, which is problematic for me. Also, since we first connected with you, we have not had anyone following up to see how the service is working out until this email today. Phyllis Markus
