The team at Griswold home services is wonderful. We were referred to them by one of my parents friends. My siblings and I have never had any experience with home healthcare and we were in a very difficult situation with my mother while my father was hospitalized for three weeks. Griswold Homecare Services has been doing an outstanding job with my 97 year old mother. They couldn't be any nicer. The company is very hands on in their approach to caregiving. Always checking to make sure her care is going well. Everyone has been superb and so professional.

We used Griswold caregivers to supplement the gaps in Hospice care for our mother. They came for 12 hour shifts to be able to care for her 24 hours a day. The women they provided were fantastic. Knowledgeable, caring, gentle and unobtrusive in such a delicate time. They made a big difference in helping mommy die with dignity and I would recommend them highly to anyone in a similar situation. I was fortunate to find Griswold when my Mom suddenly was being released from sub-acute rehab right around Thanksgiving 2021 post-stroke. Griswold got us a top notch assistant who was willing to work 6 days per week. The owner contacted me directly due to Mom's longterm care insurance policy and was extremely helpful at a very trying time.The office worked seamlessly with my Mom's LTC insurance carrier for reporting and with our billing.
