The company and related staff were a tremendous help with my father during his final days. All staff that I had contact with were caring, respectful, and professional. They took a difficult situation and made it manageable. They were always open to any questions that I may have had. Caregivers arrived on time and their replacement staff arrived on time. I found the group very easy to communicate with. Everyone was thorough and respectful of our needs at all times. We needed a quick change and received it almost immediately. Mom makes her own decisions so at this point, I really only speak for my own experience. I will try to pass along her feelings as well. Mom loves Debbie. Debbie goes out of her way to accommodate Mom's moods and wishes. She treats Mom like family. Mom is very fond of Peggy (nurse) as well. Mom is hard of hearing and has a lot of trouble understanding people with accents.
