I was extremely pleased with the care my husband received from several different caregivers. Excellent and rapid communication with owners. At times, I only needed someone to stay with him while I ran errand or had an appointment in case he needed something. They also cleaned what was needed in my home.

Good. I was very happy at how accommodating you've been able to be. We didn't need 4 hours of service at a time, and you were able to be flexible and find a great provider to help us with exactly what was needed. When we decided to increase our hours, it happened sooner than I expected. Because we didn't know the hours had been approved, we didn't tell our relative to expect a visit, which was a little bit of a surprise. It all worked out well, but that was one piece of communication that could have been clearer.
