Griswold Home Care has been a lifesaver(physically, mentally and emotionally). Everyone at Griswold has been to professional, courteous, and so friendly which was a big factor in choosing to use their services. My work schedule is hybrid and I really needed help with care for my Aunt who was recovering from a fall. The aides they sent have been simply amazing(Special shout out to Lakesha). 1. Affordable costs given the high cost of healthcare/prescriptions. .2. Willingness to match the appropriate caregiver with the client on a regular basis. 3. A patient who has some dementia is happier and more relaxed with a regular/permanent caregiver rather than a new person each week. 4. Overall, I was very pleased with Griswold Home Care.The staff worked hard to find caregivers that were a good fit for our family member and others in the household. Sometimes things just didn't work out and the coordinators found a replacement as soon as possible. Many of the caregivers became like members of our family.
