For those of you out there with parents who are trying to agent in place I wholeheartedly recommend Griswold. I have used their services for my mother for close to a year now… I found out about them through the Department of Aging. They have been excellent in working with us trying to find a good fit for my mom who can be a tough customer from time to time. My husband needs extra care while visiting the Highpoint Furniture show. Griswold sent such a wonderful young lady to help the first night. Then for the next two days we had Herman. He was so very good at his job. He had a great personality and made our stay a pleasure. We will use Griswold Home Care when we are in Highpoint to help with my husband's care.

New Update on company. Hello , I’ve worked for Griswold for about 5-6 months and at first it was great but once I started coming up within the company that’s when the issue started. The 2 reception ladies Carolyn & April would often not put me down for shifts (Clients would call in specifically asking for me) I payed it no mind though bc we all forget things right . Worked for this company for 3 years and this is the worst company I’ve ever worked for ! The would often go on adjusting my hours clocked in and out and when I’d call the office they’d all say they didn’t know why this was happening. As far as the paid trainings go that was a lie also I completed every one they TOLD ME TO DO & was told I still wouldn’t get paid lol definitely a shady company ! Don’t waste your time it’s a lot of other great companies around the metro area

Griswold Home Care provides consistent, compassionate care to its clients and support to the families. The employees are always kind and courteous. They operate with the highest integrity. Because of the way they vet their caregivers and from personal experience, I have great comfort with the individuals who care for my father in my absence.
