Griswold is absolutely wonderful. They have been a blessing with taking care of my mom. She loves her aide. Her aide is hard working and dedicated. Everyone at Griswold is so kind, caring, and thoughtful.

VERY COMFORABLE. THE PEOPLE THAT WERE SENT WERE SKILLED, CARING AND FRIENDLY.. VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE REGARDING PERSONAL CARE PROCEDURES. WOULD ALWAYS ASKED QUESTIONS TO GET FAMILIAR WITH MY HOME AND WHERE THEY COULD FIND THINGS. GREAT OFFICE AND SCHEDULING STAFF.

Our family found the Griswold Home Health caregivers very compassionate,kind hearted and competent. We truly felt comfortable leaving our 101 year old mother in their care. Felicia and Teena treated her as if she were their mother. As a family we definitely would recommend Griswold to other families, who are in need of healthcare services.

I wanted to express my heartfelt thoughts and thanks to one of your caregivers. Carol Courtright has been by my mothers side for the last several months. She goes above and beyond the call of duty, in everything she does. Keeping tabs on doctor and dentist appointments, keeping her laundry up to date, making sure that she eats properly, and anything else under the sun that comes to mind. I can't say enough about the kind and caring way about her. She's a true professional in evert sense. There should be more like her.

I'm not a good writer but I enjoyed the person I talked to the first time I inquired for your service. She was very polite and she explained everything to an understandable level and had me up and running in your service the next week. I love that I get a print out every week so I know who is going to be there with my client each night. I love that your company is on the ball with sending out my payment due and it is taken care of immediately.
