It was pretty good until May when our caregiver retired. Since then there has been no permanent replacement and no one showing up on a consistent basis. There has already been one week when no one showed up and this week is the 2nd week and so far, no one has shown up. This leaves the home in a bad situation and adds a burden to the family.

We feel that the aides have friendly, caring, and willing to follow instructions. They demonstrate confidence in doing their job. They do seem almost too friendly to the point of crossing their the line if professionalism. We have had concerns that a few of them seemed to have health issues that limit their ability to function at 100%. Griswold seems to be impacted as are other companies by the shortage of available quality workers. It is for these reasons that they are ranked where they are by us.
