The two caregivers we like came from the Quincy office. The other caregiver from your office I would not give as high a rating. There is consistent communication between the office and the caregivers but not much communication with the families. The 27.5% daily rate raise is outrageous.

We had an ok experience, but not great. Office staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, but we had some issues with the caregiver. There was a bit of a language barrier and some communications issues (including the caregiver not being able to get my elderly mother's name right, which made my mom disconnect from her).
