Very organized and caring organization . The aides are knowledgeable and compassionate. My mom is taken care of by them and I have a piece of mind knowing that they are with her.

My mother-in-law is very happy with Griswold Home Care. Everyone is very kind, respectful and helpful. Her visiting nurse is very friendly and attentive. The care provided to my mother-in-law is wonderful. I would absolutely recommend Griswold Home Care to anyone who is in need of assistance.

I am writing in lieu of my mother, as she passed away 2 weeks ago. Mostly, I worked with Kathi and Sharon in attaining aides to work with my mother. They were amazing and really cared about making things work, even at the nth hour, and there were many of those. My mother was not always the easiest person to work with, but the ladies at Griswold, responsible for supplying aides, were very professional (and sweet) and did everything they could to make, even the most difficult of situations, work out! I am very happy with Griswold and do not plan on making any changes with our service. Our caregiver is part of our family. We love her and are thankful she is with our family. She bring joy to her patients. She is kind, patient, funny, a great cook and a wonderful human being. If suggestions are welcomed, the payment process could be better. Weekly check writing or the use of Zelle is not my favorite. Automatic deduction from an account would make things simpler for families.
