The caregivers are always pleasant. However, one worker stood out more than the rest, Mariem (I think that's her name). She was their last caregiver & she doesn't speak English very well but my parents quickly noticed she understood them more than anyone else did! She had an amazing work ethic and did everything with such heart. We wished we could keep her as a permanent caretaker. It was hard to adjust to other caregivers after having been with her. Our experience with Griswold has been very positive. Carolyn has been a wonderful, reliable care giver and companion to my 98 year old mom. They get along and are very comfortable together. This year when my father-in-law fell, I called Jessica for help and she immediately had another care giver to meet our needs.
