Staff have come to our home consistently since January 2020. On the whole, they have been professional and compassionate in their care for our mother. Likewise, office staff have been efficient and responsive in our conversations.

For the first time in two years my family and me can rest easy knowing that my 90 yr old Mom is being well cared for in the comfort of her own home, where she wishes to be. It shows in her happiness and overall sense of well being. Much gratitude to the quality care the Griswold aide(s) have provided. The caregiver is very nice but my mom said she talked too much or asked a lot of questions. I like her.

I'm very happy with the fact that someone is there with Mom but the current caregiver isn't interested in visiting with her and keeping her company. She does the minimal that is required and she hardly does any cleaning at all. I am very disappointed that the company doesn't seem to do any unscheduled periodic checks on the client premises to evaluate their employees other than telephone interviews with the employee. Seeing is believing. I believe for the cost the service should be excellent.

All of our experiences have been exceptional so far. We haven't needed additional night help yet, so can't comment on that; but the live-in caregivers who work with my mother are excellent, and clearly understand the issues of dementia extremely well.

Overall our experience has been very good. My father's caregiver is a God send. He is very attentive, and truly seems to love what he does and cares about my father. My overall rating of an 8 has more to do with options of payment and costs. We have no issues with staff. We did have 1 or 2 minor issue with communication, but that was handled very professionally with positive results. We would definitely recommend Griswold to others. Thank you for everything.
