It’s unfortunate to write this review. It started with making the appointment. I called several times to no avail. I assumed that they were closed. So I physically went to the shop to make the appointment for the following day. 1030a I showed up to find one person in the shop but no animals. So expecting that my puppy would be done by 3p. Nope!
