My Mom purchased her first vehicle from their dealership. Michael made her feel so welcomed and assured, she said yes to a great car. The whole experience was simple and easy to follow even with a bit of a language barrier. 10/10 would recommend buying from them, specifically Michael Watts.
I wish there was an option for zero stars. We put in a reservation for a test drive for a pre-owned truck using the Groove Ford online reservation system. We communicated with the sales representative earlier in the day and he stated he would “pull” the vehicle and have it ready when we arrived. Michael Nixon was a great Salesman to work with! One of the best I’ve had the pleasure with working with. New Car manager “Tim” who is incompetent got involved that great experience turned very negatively. In a matter of 10 seconds of speaking to us as clients Tim ruined any chance of doing Business at Groove Ford ever again.
Got an oil change, and a couple days later was getting tires put on and they checked the oil and it was over 2 quarts low! Sad I can't take my car to ford and even get good service! I have called multiple times with no call back from my advisor! I can't even get anyone to answer the phone when I try calling! Very very sad! I guess I will just deal with the damage of my engine myself! Brand new bronco sport!
This review is to highlight my experience with the salesman David Hernandez. To say he has become the one and only person I will every buy a car from is an understatement. We have bought many cars over the years and I have never had such a great experience as I did with David. He went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed and wanted in a vehicle.
