Got an oil change, and a couple days later was getting tires put on and they checked the oil and it was over 2 quarts low! Sad I can't take my car to ford and even get good service! I have called multiple times with no call back from my advisor! I can't even get anyone to answer the phone when I try calling! Very very sad! I guess I will just deal with the damage of my engine myself! Brand new bronco sport!
We are so pleased with the service we received, especially from David. What started earlier in the week as looking for a used vehicle turned into us buying a new vehicle by the end of the week. David and Groove worked hard to get the deal done, and made the entire process easy. David was extremely easy to talk to, funny, not pushy, and respectful of our thoughts/concerns. I purchased a 2023 Mach E mustang from them for my wife. After a few weeks the car started to accelerate randomly on its on. I phoned the service department and ask if we needed to bring it in.
