Pleasant experience After extensive research on several online sites I found the car I was interested in at Groove Mazda. An "availability" request was quickly answered by Destiny confirming the car was available. When I arrived the car was out front ready to drive. I ended up purchasing the car, the whole process took 2 hours. Destiny and Julia the finance person were very nice and professional, no pressure. Thank you!
Above and beyond I am a previous customer of Groove Mazda having moved away a few years ago. I spontaneously requested a copy of a lease document from Andrew that normally takes a few days to produce and he was able to send me a PDF within hours with the assistance of the office clerk. Like I said, I moved away and this was from a lease I signed with them years ago. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, helpful dealership. Thank you!
Great service at Groove Sara and David H were great to work with when we leased our new car. After dealing with other dealerships Sara’s responsiveness and ability to work with us was a level above everyone else. They made everything simple and as quick as could possibly be.
10/10 would recommend Sara was absolutely fantastic from start to finish! I was nervous about being taken advantage of as a young female, but Sara made the process incredibly straight forward and easy. Her and the management went out of their way to allow me to take the car to my trusted mechanic for his recommendations, and were willing to make additional repairs without raising the price. I never felt tricked or pushed into anything. Very positive experience, would recommend to anyone!
Very satisfied Both Rebekah and David were very helpful. We really appreciated that Rebekah encouraged us to test drive a few different models to find the car with the best fit. They offered us useful information on the different models we drove.
