Simple, painless! I enjoyed working with Tracy. She was very knowledgeable about the CX-5, not pushy, and helped me get acquainted with all the bells and whistles it has. I actually shopped two other Mazda dealerships. I also appreciated the finance officer didn't push any extra coverages on the car. It was a simple, painless experience.
Great Knowledge Sara Sacks was an outstanding sales rep! While I did not make a purchase yet (I will definitely be back soon!), she helped me understand the differences between CX-5 trims and the CPO warranties. I definitely appreciate how easy and non-pushy she was.

Excellent service!! Michael and the team was great at Groove Mazda! I went in for my brake/tc/abs lights were on, Michael informed me that my car had a recall on a gas tank seal. The gave me a nice loaner car while my car was being worked on. Michael called me the next morning letting me know that my car was fixed. The brake/tc/abs lights was from a fuse and the gas tank seal was replaced. I would highly recommend going to Groove Mazda for all your cars needs! Great Very great experience working with Sara and Destiny. I ended up purchasing a different brand due to better incentive, but I will surely come back to a Groove next time I consider a new car.
