Surprisingly good experience! After one especially unhelpful salesperson at McDonalds Mazda in Lakewood, I went back to Groove Mazda in Centennial after I discovered they had the exact used 2019 Mazda3 I wanted (a needle in a haystack!), and was about to give up on ever finding it within the next six to twelve months! Sara Sacks answered my initial phone inquiry, and was there a day later to help me through the process. Her courtesy and helpfulness were much appreciated and I'm thrilled with my almost-new hatchback!
Lease new car Sara Sacks was my sales person and she was awesome. She was patient while I searched for the perfect and professional during the actual leasing process. After the paperwork was completed, Sara spent at least 90 minutes showing me all of the bells and whistles on my new Mazda CX5. I returned a few days later for more tutoring and Sara spent another 90 minutes with me. I consider myself lucky to have had a salesperson as professional and knowledgeable as Sara.
I had a great buying experience at Groove Mazda. I went to Groove Mazda to buy a new Miata I'd seen advertised online. I have to say that the dealership, and especially my salesperson, Sara Sacks, were a pleasure to deal with. Not only that, they gave me a very fair deal, without any hassle at all. I strongly recommend Groove Mazda if you're looking for a new car.
Super Sales Consultant I had the opportunity to work with Mark Ian. He is super nice and takes the time to answer ALL of your questions. My car search was put on hold due to a mountain bike accident. Mark took the time to touch base with me several times throughout my recovery. He truly was a joy to work with and made me feel that he really valued my business.
Housekeeper Sam helped me with the car and did a very good job. I recommend them to anyone who wants to buy a car. Ask for Sam.
