Service scheduling and process was efficient. I went for an oil change and tire rotation on our 2017 Outback. The service tech did an overall check of the car and didn't find anything else needed so I just got the oil change and tires rotated. This was a pleasant, no pressure, experience. Thank you.
I was a walk in for my headlamp not working. I was in and out of there in probably 1/2 hour. Wonderful.
I arrived a little early but my car was put in a service bay immediately. I was shown to the waiting room and kept apprised of the progress. The service was completed quickly and my service team member was friendly, helpful and had me on my way in a timely manner.
Tina listened so she knew what was being looked for. Didnt push unnecessary items. Was respectful of the time and flexible.
