Haley was awesome, through no fault of her own, the parts dept pulled the incorrect parts for installation. Haley indicated she would assist in the correct parts in the next week. I visited on 2-1-23

Mostly a good experience except for financing. Morgan got incredibly aggressive trying to sell me a warranty i didn’t want. Telling me bluntly the entertainment system is going to fail and i was making the wrong decision was not a sales tactic i appreciated one bit. Warranties are a risk vs reward situation, i’m comfortable with the risk of not getting one. I feel bad for the people who get bullied into warranties by her if she treats everyone this way.
