Our 2017 Forester transmission suddenly, with NO warning broke. Ron took our frantic call, arranged for the tow truck . Once the car arrived at Groove, he called and told us that the transmission needed to be replaced, etc. He kept us informed and even though the Subaru Assist agent told us we had to pay for the tow, Ron told us that since we had the extended warranty, to call Subaru Assist and ask for reimbursement.
