First, I was stuck in line behind a car in line for service where the service tech and the car owner had a 25-minute discussion. It took that long before another service tech came over to help me. Second, I called before I brought the car in for an oil change (I do not know the name of the person I talked with), I asked specifically what it was going to cost me for the service, as I was comparative shopping.
