Stacey was excellent from the moment I met her. And she continues to be extremely responsive weeks after purchasing the Subaru. She is very knowledgeable about the Outback Wilderness and what she didn't know she was willing to find out for me. One of the managers in the dealership had an Outback Wilderness and he allowed us to look at this vehicle as there were none on the lot.

Overall, I've had great experiences at Groove Subaru. The work and customer service has always been great - shoutout to Ilyana Brown for her impeccable customer service. The only gripe I have is that I brought my 2015 Forrester in for a recall that was supposed to address some important service lights going off. It worked for a while, but after a few weeks, the lights came back on. I had serviced my car a few more times there and every time I brought up the service lights.
