I called and got more information on the 2018 Jetta, but it had already been sold. Very helpful and gave me added choices based on price, year and mileage.
Mason and Sergio were very helpful in my car buying process. I knew what I wanted, they brought it to me, and we took a test drive immediately. Sergio gave me directions as they came up so I could focus on testing the car and it's features. This was very helpful because I didn't know the area at all. We discussed a sound I heard that the vehicle was making and he promised to fix it, and he did. Fast, friendly, & professional. I called ahead and the vehicle was ready for a test drive. I decided to buy it and the paperwork was done in lest than an hour, including financing. I definitely will buy a vehicle again from Groove Subaru.
