Groove Subaru completed the service for our 2016 Outback smoothly and on time. It was easy to make an online appointment for that same day for an oil change, wheel alignment and tire balance and rotation. The advisor Haley handled everything professionally, from intake to providing service updates. I've had other very good service experiences at Groove and recommend them.

Vince was absolutely amazing! He truly cared about our situation and did his best to accommodate us. He made the process easy and stress-free.
