The representative Esteban is a fantastic advisor when looking for a new or used car. This is my second lease from Groove Subaru. Love the team there. Esteban was my sales contact and he helped me find a new lease very quickly. With the shortages of cars this was especially impressive. Jeremy helped me with the paperwork and it took much less time than I would have thought. I worked with Rob a bit and he was very helpful. I want to find a reliable manual Crosstrek but it seems I think I’m still a ways out. When the time comes though I’ll definitely be coming back to Rob. I felt like I was talking to a person instead of just a salesman.
