All delivered on what they committed to and Todd Connell and team in customer relations did a good job delivering the extras like Hitch install etc.
Sophia was very patient with me. I was a bit frazzled by the car repair timeline and confusion over Subaru America and my registration with it. In the end the repair was less serious than anticipated as was the car’s time at Groove. And then she took $200 off the cost of the repair. And finally…a car wash. I would come back for future repairs. All is well with Bluetooth..my Subbie.
