The representative Esteban is a fantastic advisor when looking for a new or used car. He is extremely knowledgeable about his products and was the only rep I have spoken to in my car buying journey to take the time and explain how the car would benefit me after he found out exactly what I was looking for. Will be returning when I'm ready to purchase and would recommend anyone his way.

This is my second lease from Groove Subaru. Love the team there. Esteban was my sales contact and he helped me find a new lease very quickly. With the shortages of cars this was especially impressive. Jeremy helped me with the paperwork and it took much less time than I would have thought. I worked with Rob a bit and he was very helpful. I want to find a reliable manual Crosstrek but it seems I think I’m still a ways out. When the time comes though I’ll definitely be coming back to Rob. I felt like I was talking to a person instead of just a salesman.

Joseph is definitely the best salesman I have ever had! Incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and personalable. He was very patient with all my questions and concerns and responded immediately to my phone calls or email ls. Buying a car is stressful., but he never made me feel rushed or pressured.
