I arrived late for my appointment with Sergio, but he was waiting patiently in the show room and took me directly to the car I’d come to see. Sergio showed me all the features of the vehicle in a professional manner and was very knowledgeable when I asked him further questions. The test drive was pleasant and upon return to the dealership, he helped walk me through the buying process without trying to upsell me or pressure me into buying right there and then.
