"Customer Satisfaction" I had a good experience buying a used vehicle at Groove Subaru. I had several questions and felt supported in making a choice for my next vehicle. Sergio Alvarez was knowledgable about the vehicles available and was also patient in showing me possible options. I also spoke with a sales manager who worked with me on the purchase price of a 2017 Forester. The finance department was helpful as well in clearing up questions on protection plans available. Questions were answered and the deal was sealed!

"Jeremy is the best" Honestly looking at new cars was stressing me out until I actually spoke with Jeremy. He was very knowledgeable and understanding. He never pushed or tried to sell me on something I didn’t want and I appreciated that the most. He worked at getting me exactly what I was looking for, and the whole process was smooth and easy. Definitely glad I chose Subaru Groove and also glad I got Jeremy as my sales associate.

"Buying my first car with Chase! " Chase was beyond helpful in my search for a new car. He found cars that fit my criteria and even got me my top pick within $500 of my budget. He also worked with me before going to the financial dept to make signing papers as quick as possible! Chase was easy to get along with and I didn't feel like I was being pushed to buy something, nor was he shoving information down my throat which was refreshing after a day of car shopping.
