"Very easy in and out" I worked with Jordan and he made the whole process about as easy as possible. I was able to do two test drives and get my pricing, financing and signed paperwork all in 2 hours. Went in with a present price, which helps, but they were able to meet trade in expectations and offered great financing. Easiest car buying process I have ever had. Never felt pressure. "Excellent Service" I couldn't ask for anything more. I went in with the idea I would be there for hours. I also had done my research and thought I knew what I wanted. after a few questions Bryan Stanker knew exactly what I wanted. We went for a test drive and I was sold.

"New car buy" Everyone at the dealer was over the top attentive to me. From the passing mechanic to the sales and finance staff. They were conscious of my time and made sure I understood everything. They all called me by name and made me feel at home. Really a great experience.

"Thorough & Patient" My new Outback is basically a giant computer cleverly disguised as fuel-efficient all wheel drive beast. I totally needed help figuring this it all the bells & whistles so this follow-up care was much needed and appreciated. Since it was actually a quick transfer from a new-ish Forester to a new-new Outback the final paperwork is still a bit wonky, but I have faith that Groove will continue their 5-star service and help iron out the kinks.

"great experience" We have used groove subaru before which was an excellent experience so we came back to Jeremy for help with finding a used vehicle. Jeremy has an excellent knowledge of cars. He can explain things easily & helped us figure out everything. Jeremy is easy to work with. We told him what we were looking for & called us back with options. He's a great salesman.
