"Patient. Supportive. Professional." I gave him 5 stars because he listened to everything that I wanted in a car. Gave me suggestions an alternate options. I test drove 2 cars (one twice), sat there debating the 2 options for 6 1/2 hours!!! I'm indecisive, I told him this going into negotiations. Not once did I feel rushed. Got the price and rate I wanted. The dealer was flexible with how I made my down payment.

"Exceptional experience " I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Groove Subaru. My wife and I worked with James to lease our new Forester.
