"Groove was Great" A team of professionals made the purchase of my Ascent simple, quick and efficient. We were looking to order an Ascent with a ten week wait period. "Patient. Supportive. Professional." I gave him 5 stars because he listened to everything that I wanted in a car. Gave me suggestions an alternate options. I test drove 2 cars (one twice), sat there debating the 2 options for 6 1/2 hours!!! I'm indecisive, I told him this going into negotiations. Not once did I feel rushed. Got the price and rate I wanted. The dealer was flexible with how I made my down payment.

"Exceptional experience " I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Groove Subaru. My wife and I worked with James to lease our new Forester. James was extremely knowledgeable and made the whole processs stress free. James was also respectful of our budget and did more with the money we had than either my wife and I expected.
