"Best sales experience" I've always hated dealerships and pushy salesmen. Especially since I had a terrible one at Auto Nation Subaru. Luckily I went in to Groove Subaru & had the best experience. Jameson was knowledgeable, patient & informative. He made a stressful situation easy. I will only buy from him from now on. "Great experience when buying my new 2017 WRX" Back in 2004 I purchased a new Impreza WRX from Groove [Burt back then] and received excellent sales service then and continually great maintenance service all these years. "low stress" Jeremy is an excellent salesperson to work with. Jeremy is honest and straightforward and willing to help with anything he can. We wanted to work with Jeremy after meeting with him and trying to work out a deal. After a couple months of rearranging finances we went back two months later and made the deal. We even waited for Jeremy to return from his vacation!

"Great Experience" I'm a Subaru fan. This is my 4th Subaru and 3rd Forester. Consequently, any shopping around we do is for which Subaru dealer we want to work with. Groove has been wonderful, from the sales floor to the service department. Meeting Richard was a bonus in the entire process of buying our new car. He's super friendly, low key, knowledgeable, attentive, and really seems to care that our needs are met. He was also persistent in making sure we got what we wanted.

"2017 Subaru Impreza Station Wagon" I traded in my 2012 Subaru Impreza Station Wagon for the 2017 Model and I had a great experience working with Dan Cassin.
