"Super easy first time car-buying experience!" I visited the Groove dealership after doing plenty of research online, and had such a pleasant experience--even in the middle of a snowstorm! All the employees I worked with wanted to make sure I had a pleasant experience, were very responsive, and were very kind.

"A truly pleasant experience!" Initially, I was anxious about trading in my car. As a single female in an all male environment, lots could go wrong. Not at Groove Subaru! Everyone was beyond professional. I felt very comfortable from start to finish. This dealership makes you feel like part of the family, rather than just another customer. "Simple for the most part" Overall, I had a great experience at Groove. I mainly worked with Jeremy Zimmerman through out my time there.
