Great service and overall experience!! I recently bought a new Toyota 4runner from Groove Toyota in Englewood, CO and was impressed with the experience. After submitting an online inquiry, I was contacted by Dominic Arcuri who was professional, knowledgable, and friendly. He answered all my questions made it easy to complete the transaction. Out the door in under 2 hours! Need to give a huge thanks to Patty and the team over at Groove Toyota. Ater looking all over the country to find my perfect car, Groove had it in stock. The trade-in process and financing went super smooth. Showed up at 6pm on a Friday night with an Audi and rolled out the door 2 hours later with a Golf R!
1st Dealership Purchase Experience I worked with Delmar to find a used 4Runner within my budget and requirements. This was also my first time purchasing a car through a dealership. Delmar was patient, transparent, and was prepared to answer all of my questions. While being an out of stater, the title department has also been very easy and helpful to work with to make sure my home state has everything they need to register the car. I had a great experience and would highly recommend working with Delmar and Groove.
Excellent! My husband and I were looking to replace our van with something newer and more reliable. After some research, my husband found a 2019 Honda Odyssey at Groove Toyota in Englewood. A bit of a drive for us, but well worth it. We spoke with Delmar who was amazing. He was upfront with us, and worked with us regarding our trade in and price of the van. Awesome experience for out of state shopper I've been looking for a couple months for the right car. When I saw the Honda Pilot show up on Cars.com I contacted the dealership. My experience with both the salesman Mark and the finance manager Kelyn was spectacular. The dealership fees are much more reasonable than other ones I've tried dealing with and they both helped facilitate an out of state buy. Did not apply discounts Well - I had a coupon, the coupon was not applied and I did not notice until after paying and I am still waiting for them to address...SAD their customer service is the pits!
2019 Chevy Tahoe Delmar was great. I knew exactly what I wanted and how much I was going to spend and he delivered. I now own my dream car. I was also able to get a better rate than what my CU was offering me. Side note: my dad was once in an ad for Groove Subaru a few years back.
