They seem cool in your face but they just want your money they cleaned out my cavities an just left them wide open because my insurance didn’t cover the rest… they jumped an did work on my teeth before realizing my insurance didn’t cover all of it once they figured it out they literally stopped working on my teeth an told me i was done then a lady came in a basically begged me to get tooth paste with fluoride in it i understand now why they knew what they were doing

HORRIBLE PEOPLE. Unprofessional. The lady at the front desk is VERY rude. Do not recommend.

Dr Grossi is amazing!! I had half of my teeth left to be removed, he was done in about 1.5 hours!! Ill never go anywhere else!! He is genuine and caring! Its about the person, not the dollars. Im ever so grateful to him for making my experience as painless as possible!!

I called just before my appointment and asked them if they enforced the mask wearing rule and the person who answered the phone said they would check. the phone disconnected and a woman called me back and said she would cancel the appointment. And before I could finish she hung up on me. You people have hounded me with emails since the first time I came in in late 2019 like no other dentist before you. Horrible customer service!!! Made an appointment a week ago was told all was set. Get to appointment today and now it’s I’m not covered. When a week ago everything was all set. So now with a broken tooth I have to find someplace else to go. If I had known this and that you didn’t verify coverage before an actual appointment I wouldn’t have wasted my time! Thanks for wasting my time!!!

I had my bonded retainer fixed here, had a problem with the repair the very next day. I had to go back four times for the same repair instead of giving me somebody that knew what they were doing , she kept trying to repair it with no success. When I asked for my money back I was told to go back where I came from �Wow such professionalism.

You know... They really started off right. You are greeted by a friendly front desk staff and treated to voss water, coffee and other high end items. Then you are called back to a room with some great dental assistants who do everything they can to make you feel welcome.. But... That's where the welcome ends. The staff on the way out and some of the dentists are rude and condescending to you. They give you a portion to pay based on your insurance and they expect that paid now.
