We have been coming here as a family for years for cleanings, orthodontics, tooth implant, fillings etc. Today I had the best experience I’ve ever had with getting my first crown for a broken tooth. Xadius got me in quickly, checked on me, created a reasonable treatment plan, Dr. Sam did a great job numbing me which isn’t an easy task for anyone but he did it and he did a great job fixing my tooth, and Islam did a great job preparing me and taking care of me. I was referred to Dr. Grossi by a family member because I had been having some tooth pain / issues. From the moment I stepped into the office , the nervousness I felt became less and less , the longer I was there. I have nothing bad to say about this place! I absolutely love Dr Grossi and all staff! I called with bad tooth pain at the end of their work day and was told if I get there fast the Dr would stay. Dr did root canal and now pain free. I was dragging my feet to go in because everyone told me how painful this would be (then covid happened pushing it off more) but the tooth pain was worse than what he had to do! I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Grossi and his very professional staff! They have been so incredible and most helpful with my recent emergency dental issues. I’ve felt very safe and protected with their Covid-19 precautions before, during and after my appointments. Dr. Grossi and his practice truly care about their patients!
