Amazing service. Not pushy at all. Very accommodating to all who come to the lot! Sales rep, Austin S., met me at the door and walked me all the way thru to the purchase of my Chevy HHR.. So nice and accommodating...I couldn't have asked for better people to help me get the best deal.. I explained what I could do and they made it happen...Susan and Brian in the finance department are the best..they explain in detail your paperwork as you go thru it.. I would recommend Grote to everyone ...give them a try, you won't be disappointed..

My boyfriend and I went into Grote looking for an SUV for our growing family. Salesman Brett Bernstetter met us at the door right away to accommodate our needs. Now, life happens and our credit isn’t picture perfect, but Brett and his team did everything they could for us and we drove away in exactly what we were looking for for a lower price than what we expected! The loan approval process wasn't like pulling teeth at all! Matthew Hoagland and Brett Branstettler were amazing! I was approved the same day and drove it off the lot! Won't go anywhere else!
