We had an amazing experience. Dreaded going through the whole buying a car red tape. Zach Wells worked hard to make sure we found a car we wanted. Just came to Grote auto to look for a new vehicle out of the blue. The service here is amazing. This has been by far the best car buying experience I had ever had and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great car at a great price. I went into Grote with my daughter who is a young adult and just starting out on her own, we were pleasantly greeted by PK who was excellent, helpful and patient from start to finish, he made sure to listen to what my daughter wanted as well as answer all of her questions. He also took the time to explain the entire process as well as what each step meant and how it effects her now and in the future. PK was very nice and we will be doing business with him again.
