I was helped as soon as I stepped on the lot. Everyone there was kind and patient with helping me find the right vehicle. I ended up leaving with way nicer of a car than I ever expected and I couldn't be happier. I honestly never plan on going to any other dealership for my vehicle needs as long as Grote Automotive is around. Jr Albert was the salesman that helped me and I really appreciated his honesty and assistance in finding the right vehicle for me.
I recently bought a car at Grote Automotive and couldn't be happier. Adrian spent plenty of time making sure i was making the right choice and was patient with me throughout the entire process while helping me get into a new car. i am very pleased with my experience at Grote.
I originally did not want a car payment, I was nervous about going to a dealership. But I was impressed on first sight. The lot is full of gorgeous attainable vehicles and the staff is quick and friendly. They were very busy when we arrived and we were greeted within moments. Within an hour and a half we had a perfect match with a 2008 Chrysler Town and Country. Grote really came thru this time. Adrian my sales man went above and beyond. I got a new car for my wife and they gave me more than I wanted for trade when no one else around would even come close. I definitely recommend Grote!! A+++
