We never thought we would leave that day with a vehicle. Our salesman Shane Carnahan went above n beyond. So did jim Roberts! We were treated extremely well. We weren't just another sale. Bought a 2010 Camry XLE in August 2012. It had about 40,000 miles. Have never had a single problem with it and it now has about 223,000 miles and drives and looks as great as ever. They "steered" me in the right direction as I had never considered a Toyota, before.

We came over looking at cars and wasn't really expecting to leave that day with a car we don't have the best of credit but needed a car and they was able to help us with a much newer car than what we was planning with low miles Robbie Moore stopped us as soon as we pulled into the parking lot thanks a lot for helping us get into something new and nice and price was affordable

My son bought his first car through Grote Automotive. He couldn't be happier. The 36,000/3 year, $0 deductible warranty is great. He loves the car. It was spotless, well maintained and just what he was looking for in a small SUV. $22 oil changes and getting his car checked at the same time will work out well for him. His salesman, JR, did not pressure him and gave him a fair deal. They gave him a good price, a good trade in amount and didn't even jack up the interest rate on the loan. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I was helped as soon as I stepped on the lot. Everyone there was kind and patient with helping me find the right vehicle. I ended up leaving with way nicer of a car than I ever expected and I couldn't be happier. I honestly never plan on going to any other dealership for my vehicle needs as long as Grote Automotive is around. Jr Albert was the salesman that helped me and I really appreciated his honesty and assistance in finding the right vehicle for me.
