New patients beware. I made an appointment on line for a cleaning and dental checkup. I had no dental issues but was looking for a new practice as I no longer needed the care of a periodontal practice. The cleaning was fine. The dentist reviewed the x-rays and gums. The bill was over $900; $320 of which was for the dental exam. During that 15 minute "comprehensive oral exam" the dentist proceeded to outline some 10 procedures. This is a long read - but I feel the details are important. To start, we went over three years ago for my son's first cleaning. We had Dr. Nordin and she didn't sit right with me. She wasn't very friendly with my five year old, was short and rude. I figured I'd set the bar really high so we went back this year and got the family plan. The dentist that is there who may be the owner is cold, judgmental and rude. I would never go back to this facility. Too bad it is one of the only biological dentists but we found an EXCELLENT pediatric dentist closer to us. 0 stars.
