They are very professional! Office staff are always helpful and knowledgeable about your dental coverage. I love that they call to check on you after you've had extensive work done.
About 5 months ago came here to Group Health dental and was disapointed with a filling I had done. On Monday I got a call for a follow up, being upset I told the receptionist i was not planning on coming back but she encouraged me that the dentist that had done the work on last occasion is no longer there.I would see Dr. Goldberg and he was going to help me. The staff is top notch when it comes to being there for you and making you feel at home. I met with Jen 2 times who did a deep teeth cleaning and she is fantastic and just very caring how I felt if I was comfortable. I met with Dr. Concepcion and she was thorough and again very kind. I am truly blessed to have this staff help me with my teeth. Thank you Tyrone Comet!!!!
I am a patient of Dr. Desai...for many years. Best dentist in my life! He knows very thoroughly what is wrong with my teeth. I still come here ..even though my insurance has changed and I have to pay a lot. Everyone is very courteous and helpful. I have been a patient at this dental for some years and I am pleased with the way patients are cared for. I was a terrified patient in the beginning but the staff helped calm my nerves.
